We are a designated provider for Home and Community Based Services under the Health and Recovery Plan (HARP). This allows us to provide therapy and related support services either in your home or wherever you are most comfortable. We can also provide Educational Support, Skills Training and Cognitive Rehabilitation. We provide these services in collaboration with your Health Home Care Manager.
